When you contact us your with your order please include the following info:
1.  your name
2.  shipping address (we must have this to be able to tell you your shipping cost)
3. item number, size, and design and color preferences (optional) for each item you're ordering
4. payment preference (see below)

Payment Options
1.  Credit / Debit Card:  We can send you a PayPal invoice (you do not have to be a member to use) or we can take your credit or debit card info. over the phone.  When you order please specify if you would like to pay one of these ways and if by phone please give us your # and tell us a good time to reach you.  Or you can give us a call during normal business hours.  Store # is 540-489-2003.  Normal hours are Tues. - Fri. 11-6 and Sat. 11-5.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and debit cards with the Visa or Master Card logo on them.

2. Check or money order:  Please make checks and money orders payable to Beandawg Artworks and mail to 483 Griffith Hill Rd.  Ferrum, VA 24088
If paying by personal check or money order, orders will be held until it clears.

After e-mailing us with your order you will receive a response with your total including shipping.
(Our store hours are Tues. - Sat. so you may not receive a response on a Sun. or Mon.)

We ask that you  please allow 4-6 wks. for delivery because on rare occassions things occur that cause delays but it usually doesn't take that long. (see FAQ's for an explanation of why it might take that long).

EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly exchange your item. (For health reasons bathing suits & underwear are not returnable.)  Exchanges must be postmarked within one month from date of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned item and depending on the circumstance, may be responsible for shipping cost of the exchanged item.  Damage claims must be made within one week of when you received the item.

Items mailed back for exchange must have the tag still attatched.
