When you write or e-mail us your order please includethe following info:
(or if you call please have the following info. ready)
1.  your name
2.  shipping address (we must have this to be able to tell you your shipping cost)
     *if paying by debit/credit card we also need your billing address if different from your shipping
      address- billing address is the address your debit/credit card statement comes to)
3. preferred method of contacting you and contact info.
4. prefered method of payment (see payment options below) 

And for each item you are ordering please include:
1. item #
2. quantity
3. size
4. design &/or color preferences (optional) 

Payment Options
We accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks, and money orders. 
Please make checks payable to Beandawg Artworks and mail to 483 Griffith Hill Rd.

If paying by personal check, orders will be held until check clears.
If paying by credit/debit card- you can include the card # and expiration date with your e-mail, or if you prefer not to give that information in an e-mail, we can take payment through PayPal (you do not have to be a member to use), or we can take your card info. over the phone.

After contacting us with your order you will receive a response with your total including shipping.
(Our store hours are Tues. - Sat. so you may not receive a response on a Sun. or Mon.)

We ask that you  please allow 4-6 wks. for delivery because on rare occassions things occur that cause delays but it usually doesn't take that long.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
We do exchanges but not refunds. (For health reasons bathing suits & underwear are not returnable.)  Exchanges must be postmarked within one month from the date of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned item and depending on the circumstance, may be responsible for shipping cost of the exchanged item.
Damage claims must be made within one week of the date of receipt.

Items mailed back must have the tag still attatched.
